High-risk warning. Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference (CFDs), commodities, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. You can lose some or all of your money, and with some products you can lose more than your initial deposit. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Educational information only

All content on FXPIPS ONLINE, including lessons, articles, glossary entries, calculators, the trading journal and the trading simulator, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this Site is:

  • investment, financial, legal or tax advice;
  • a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any currency, security, commodity or other instrument;
  • a personalised assessment of your circumstances, goals or risk tolerance.

You should consider seeking advice from an appropriately qualified and registered adviser before making any financial decision.

We are not a broker

FXPIPS ONLINE does not execute trades, accept deposits, manage money or offer trading accounts. We are not registered as an investment adviser or research analyst.

Market data is not a live quote

Prices and rates shown on this Site come from public third-party sources and may be delayed, daily reference values or historical. They are not live or executable prices and may contain errors. Do not use them to place trades. See our Data Sources page.

Calculators and simulations

Calculator outputs are illustrative and depend on your inputs and simplifying assumptions. Simulated or hypothetical results have inherent limitations: they do not reflect real execution, slippage, spreads, swaps, fees or the emotional pressure of trading with real money. Past or simulated performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Understand leverage and margin

Small price moves can produce large gains or losses on a leveraged position, and a broker may close your positions automatically after a margin call. Before trading, make sure you understand leverage, margin and basic risk management.

Forex trading is regulated differently in different countries. In India, resident individuals face specific restrictions on which forex products they may trade and through whom. Read our overview of forex regulation in India and check the rules that apply to you with official sources.

No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FXPIPS ONLINE accepts no liability for any loss or damage, including trading losses, arising from your use of or reliance on this Site. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
